Cali Love Seasoning [Black Belly Foods]

This is our love letter to California. Inspired by The Golden State and using its ingredients, Cali Love Seasoning is our version of a California all purpose seasoning. It is herbaceous, garlicky, slightly smoky, salty, and savory. It couples best with beef (tri-tip), chicken, pork, grilled vegetables, potatoes, marinades, or use it as an all-purpose seasoning. We love to cook any protein indirectly on the grill or smoker and finish over red hot coals.
