Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is first press and cold pressed in Napa Valley, California.
Our Arbequina Mix olive oil is a California varietal blend of Arbequina and Arbosona. Arbequina is ripe and fruity with a great diversity of secondary aromas, especially apple and banana. Arbosana is a fresh fruit olive with artichoke and green tomato overlay. Together they produce an impeccable flavor and aroma. It is perfect as a finishing oil for a burst of flavor or paired up with your favorite balsamic for an exquisite garden salad dressing. The tasting notes are buttery with a fruity overlay and it has a medium Intensity
In addition, we have infused extra virgin olive oils that blend distinct flavors to give an additional accent to our high quality extra virgin olive oil.
